Vulture Verses wins 2014 EUREKA! Nonfiction Children’s Book Honor Award

We are happy to announce that Vulture Verses: Love Poems for the Unloved has won the California Reading Association’s 2014 EUREKA! Nonfiction Children’s Book Honor Award.  The Eureka! Nonfiction Children’s Book Awards highlight outstanding nonfiction to help teachers, librarians, and parents to pick for their students and children.

Currently, author Diane Lang is working on Fur, Feather, Fin: All of Us Are Kin to be published by Beach Lane Books and Lauren (Lauren Gallegos Illustration) has already illustrated twelve books only five years after her college graduation! So, we can expect many more awards and accolades to come for these two talented ladies.
