C-Span’s BookTV is traveling the country to report on some of the most culturally rich smaller and midsize cities in the United States, and to no surprise to us, they recently spent a week in Pasadena, interviewing people in the worlds of books, politics, and history. We were honored to take part in this, when the producers came to the office to meet the crew and have a chat with publisher Colleen Dunn Bates about Pasadena, its literary culture, the book Hometown Pasadena, Lian Dolan’s novel Helen of Pasadena, and the wonderful annual literary festival, LitFest Pasadena. You can watch the interview here.
