The Ugly Truth Launch

Just a few days ago we celebrated publication day for the newest book in Jill Orr’s Riley Ellison Mystery series: THE UGLY TRUTH! Fans of the first two books in the series, THE GOOD BYLINE and THE BAD BREAK, will be thrilled to follow Riley around Tuttle County once more as she investigates the latest mystery.

As junior reporter Riley Ellison covers a shocking double murder in her hometown, she discovers that things in Tuttle County aren’t always as they appear to be—and neither are the people. This third installment in the Riley Ellison mystery series, complete with the return of Personal Romance Concierge™ Regina H., is rich with all the suspense, humor, small-town charm, and captivating characters that made the first two books a hit with critics and fans alike.

On top of the excitement of the release, we are thrilled to announce that The Ugly Truth has received a Booklist starred review! Check out the full review.

The official launch event will take place at 7pm at Skylark Books in Columbia, MO. The evening will include discussion, book signing, snacks, giveaways, and more, so if you’re in the area, make sure you’re there!
